Set up & Pack up:‍ ‍

-Please arrive promptly at 12 pm because there will only be one hour for setting up before the first class starts.

-Please be prepared to stay for the duration of the event, to pack up at 4:30pm and be leaving the campus at 5p

Parking‍ ‍

-Park anywhere around or near the park.

Internet

The community center has Wi-Fi but please be prepared with a backup solution if the Wi-Fi isn’t available for any reason.

Payments

All payments must be cashless. Please instruct customers to use credit cards, zelle, paypal, cash app or any other form of digital payments.

Housekeeping:

-Electricity will be available at this location.

-Children under the age of 16 are not permitted at this event without a guardian.

-Smoking is prohibited on the property and is not in alignment with the mission of the event. So please reframe from smoking in the area.

- Security will be in attendance but are not responsible for securing your items. Please be sure to always monitor and secure your property. Yogis Unite event and/coordinators will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

-All food vendors must have proper permits. Please contact the City of Houston Health Department to make sure you have the proper permit to sell your food items. Yogis Unite is not responsible for any violations or fines you acquire with the health department.
